Look for the 12 Redemption Code on your receipt!
If your Campus Bookstore purchase includes an eBook, you will receive two emails after making your online purchase. One email has the subject Thank you for your order. The second email is a receipt for your purchase. Both emails will contain the Redemption Code(s) for your eBook purchase(s).
A Redemption Code is a 12 digit code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX . This code can be redeemed on this page. Please make sure to enter the redemption code, including the hyphens.
Once you have redeemed the code, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND EMAIL (the publisher’s email notice) CONTAINING ADDTIONAL INFORMATION that can be used to access your eBook. Please follow those instructions carefully!
Please note, depending on the book purchased, the publisher’s email may contain an access code that needs to be used on the publisher’s eBook platform.
Didn’t Receive a eBook Redemption Code?
If you don’t receive an email with your redemption code, please check you SPAM/JUNK folder. Sometimes the email will go to this folder. If the email is not in this folder, you can log in to your account in order to retrieve the redemption code. To log in to your account, visit My Account – Anderson College Campus Bookstore. Once logged in, select My Account from the top of the page and then click on the Orders tab. Your receipt can be found here. Click on your receipt and you will find the 12 digit redemption code.

The publisher’s email contains support information (i.e. a link, URL, or phone number) at the bottom of the email. Please contact the publisher should you need help accessing their eBook.
The Campus bookstore DOES NOT have access to any eBook platforms. We cannot help accessing an eBook.
